Large apartment of 100 m2 in the center of Madrid, in one of the most multicultural and fashionable neighborhoods of the city, the neighborhood of Lavapies.
The room is very large, with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The entire floor is exterior.
In it we live three people, although two of them, for work reasons travel a lot and are few days a month.
I speak English and a little German.

About the Area
Our house is in full in Madrid, with all kinds of needs around, an unbeatable position, commuter train and subway two minutes, Atocha 10 minutes walk if you want to continue traveling through Spain. Sun 15 minutes walk. Low cost gym, cinemas, theaters, music halls, pubs, disco, historic Madrid, everything is close.

House Rules
We prefer not to smoke. We are fellow workers, so we limit social meetings and inform them well in advance. In general, basic rules of behavior. If you are very young and looking for a party, you should look at other more appropriate accommodation. We have two cats that we love and care for.

Location is prime if you are looking for an authentic cultural experience in Madrid Centro. The apartment is conveniently located between two Metro stops (Lavapies/Embajadores). The room is very spacious and has a nice balcony. Manuel is very welcoming and polite! I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!

The host cancelled the booking 23 days before the arrival date.

Manuel was the most welcoming, considerate and generous host. The neighborhood is vibrant and the house is very close to the metro station.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
