Marriage with 3 children, 23 and 20 years old. We have exchanged students and the experience has been very pleasant.
Eugenio works in Madrid in an insurance company and Pilar in Public Administration. Our children are in college.
Our house is located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, very close to the station in a colony of villas. It is an urbanization with terraced houses with a swimming pool and paddle tennis court. The house has 300 meters and you would have a single room and a shared bathroom. The house has a garden.

House Rules
Smoking is not allowed although outside.
Please keep our house safe.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
It is not possible to use the kitchen but in case of agreement it should be clean and collected when you finish.
The bathroom should be clean and collected.
A weekly washing machine is included in the price.
Be clean and tidy.
Do not invite strangers home, if you want to invite a friend, remember it with me before.
Enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would with your own.

I could not choose a better family for my stay in Pozuelo! Both Eugenio and Pilar are the nicest people, they speak English, they cook great traditional food and they are truly lovely. The house is big and spotless and the room had all I needed. The garden and the communal swimming pool was a great plus too! Wifi there is great and the homestay is walking distance to Pozuelo station although set in quiet area, I had a very relaxing time. Missing you and cat Cleo! Marta
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
