We live close to Plaza de Castilla and Chamartín train station, surrounded by many parks, very well communicated with subway lines 1, 4 and surroundings; buses 7, 29, 107, 125, 129, 150 and night; exit M-30 and M-11. Good option if you work or study at the north area and surroundings. Family home with a studying environment. We offer use of kitchen and your own fridge. Light breakfeast available. The room is newly furnished with private bathroom and we speak English and some French. Business and general Spanish lessons available. Rent from 3 nights to a year.

It was great ! The room is perfect, it's also nice to have a private bathroom. The whole appartment is really nice and comfortable. Elena is a really welcoming person, and nice to have a diner with !

Elena como anfitriona genera total confianza y libertad. Estancia hospitalaria, cómoda y agradable. Además Elena es alguien con quien se puede charlar en el día a día y te ayuda en todo lo posible. Volvería a alojarme con ella

El apartamento es bien ordenado y limpio, y Elena ha arreglado que hubiera todo lo que uno necesitaría: jabón, champú, y aún crema corporal, casi como en un hotel. Ella me ayudó con ubicarme en el barrio, y aparte de eso yo iba y venía como yo quería, una cosa que valoré. Además, el barrio es tranquilo con un supermercado, un gimnasio, varias otras tiendas, y varios cafés (o bares, pues en fin, en España son lo mismo, ¿no?). Me gustó tanto el apartamento como los cafés alrededor.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
