Hello. We are a family of 3 people: me, my wife and my son. We are pleasant, communicative people and willing to help our guests in whatever they need. We speak Spanish, English and Polish. We love to travel and meet people from other cultures. The room is warm in winter with heating and cool in summer without the need for air conditioning.
The use of the kitchen is limited to:

About the Area
Our house is located in Chamberi - one of the best and most central residential neighborhoods in Madrid, next to the Rios Rosas metro on line 1 and only 4 stations from Sol in a direct line without changes. There is a shopping center 10 minutes walk away as well as 5 supermarkets very close. The famous Santiago Bernabeu Stadium is 15 minutes away. In addition, the house is next to the fashionable street - Ponzano, with the best gastronomic and leisure offer in all of Madrid. In the surroundings there are many terraces, however in our house you will sleep without noise or disturbance.

Daniel y su familia son muy agradables, incluyendo su gatito, que es de otro planeta. El hospedaje está en buena zona y bien comunicado, lo recomiendo 100%. Volvería a quedarme sin dudarlo.

Staying in the Daniel's family house was a great experience, really comfortable and the communication was perfect! Daniel with his beautiful wife and young son, helped me a lot with everything I needed and their recommendations were very accurate. Really glad that I met them. I also won't forget their lovely cat, Teddy* is the most adorable cat I've ever met who craves your attention and hugs. In my next travel in Madrid, I will surely choose to visit again!

Ha sido una gran y grata experiencia habernos alojado con Daniel y su familia!! Desde que llegamos estuvo preocupado por que nos sintieramos a gusto y puso cada área de su hogar a nuestra disposición.
Las charlas nocturnas hicieron muy amenas las cenas y pudimos compartir un poquito de nuestras culturas. Gracias por hacernos sentir como si hubiésemos llegado a casa de Amigos de toda la vida!!Host reply

Excelente ubicación tan solo a cien metros de una estación de metro que conecta con puerta del sol. La familia anfitriona fue muy amable con nosotros. Siempre dispuestos a resolver nuestras dudas e inquietudes respecto a la ciudad. Desde el principio estuvieron en contacto con nosotros para el check in y check out.
Me encanto el gato gris. Lástima que no estuviera en venta... Je jeeee.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
