I live in a house on the outskirts of Madrid with my children. The house is very well connected to the center of Madrid by bus or commuter train (5 minutes walk).
It is located in a very quiet area with surrounding countryside and the town very close, ideal for university students who want to have a quiet study environment. The urbanization has its own paddle tennis court and gardens, we have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
We really like animals and we have two cats.

We speak Inglés. You can park your car close to the house.

About the Area
The house is located in a gated community with gardens and a swimming pool, the house also has a private pool, very close, a 5-minute walk from the commuter train and buses that take you to the center of the city of Madrid, very close to the Complutense universities, Camilo José Cela or Francisco de Vitoria. Located in the municipality of Las Rozas de Madrid, a residential area and town with all kinds of commerce and leisure, cinemas and shopping centers, medical services and sports centers.
The house is very comfortable, on two floors and has a living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, lots of light in the rooms,

Smoking inside the house, only in the garden is not allowed.
Reduces noise past midnight, please.
Do not invite strangers home, if you want to invite someone must agree it before me.

Be careful with the consumption of water, gas and light, as if you were at home and takes care of the furniture and other household furnishings.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
