We are a young couple with cat.
We enjoyed a quiet and simple life.
Of the things we like to eat it, and in this sense we enjoy trying new flavors, different meals.
We like to share with people from different places with which we can learn, grow and travel the world through their stories.
Ale, it is passionate about alternative therapies, meditation, positive thinking, personal and emotional development. Surely you like to share this view of life.
At home we speak Spanish and English and also speaks French Carlos. You want to know more about us. Do not hesitate to contact. We will wait for you.
The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The views are amazing from the floor of the Sierra de Guadarrama and the largest roundabout in Madrid.
The bedroom has a ideal for a person very comfortable bed. It has closet and drawers in the bottom of the bed.
The room is very cozy, comfortable and simply decorated.
Nearby Madrid Sanchinarro Hospital and Hospital Sanitas - Sanchinarro, and area companies Manoteras, Tables, Telefonica, BBVA offices.
Services and common areas
HALL: It has a comfortable sofa, 34 "LCD TV, plus wonderful views of the mountains of Navacerrada.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped - Microwave (steam, grill), oven, refrigerator (with space for your food); like a space in the cupboard
WC: stand in shower, large mirror, and room for you in one of the shelves.
Our offer includes breakfast (cereal with milk or continental breakfast.
WiFi, courtesy on arrival, towels, sheets
If you are interested in trying out the Spanish food, do not hesitate to tell us. We have a supper club (extra cost)

Our interaction will depend on our routine, but generally one of us is at home, so we have time to talk, help and share. A good way to improve your Spanish

Very nice with parks, shops, kiosks, chocolate and churros, safe space for parking and excellent transport.
There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and a shopping center El Corte Ingles in aprox.15 minute walk.
Just in front of the building with the Cultural Center
Very close to 10 minute walk, convenience stores (they have everything and are open late every day).
Some restaurants, bars and shops nearby to eat something or try the Spanish "tapas"! ! ,
I ademásí Sunday, you can enjoy the "Market" Fly 10 min walking- market (fruits, vegetables, clothes, and all kinds of food you can imagine).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
