The apartment is located in Chamberí, a central, quiet, fun and well-connected neighborhood of Madrid.
The apartment measures 110m2 and has a wonderful distribution to share. It has central heating.
Kitchen with office, living room.
The whole house has a lot of light and the rooms are very bright.
Gabriela lives in the apartment with her son Rafael and her beloved dog Amanda.
Gabriela is a lawyer and therapist and works at Market Research. Raffaele is already 21 years old, studies architecture and plays Rugby.
They both like meeting people from all over the world, traveling and practicing languages, cooking and trying new flavors. It is a very motivating and enriching lifestyle.

About the Area
Our house is located in a very nice and very central, quiet and safe neighborhood called Chamberí - Arapiles. Despite being very quiet, it is a very fun area with a large number of restaurants and trendy tapas bars.
It is very well connected, very close to Moncloa and surrounded by large parks, with many services and all the subways and buses available.

Please do not bring strangers to the house, ask me before and I will be happy to receive your friends and meet them, but I do not allow anyone to stay the night.
To live in my house you have to love dogs, Amanda is very affectionate and gets attached to all the people who have come so far. You will immediately feel like one of the family with her.
You can use the kitchen as long as you clean everything you have used and replace what you have consumed.
Enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own.
Reservation policy: Reservations for periods of less than 15 days are only accepted if they are made one month in advance. Thank you.

Gabriela est une Hôte parfaite. J'ai passé le mois de septembre chez elle et je me suis senti comme à la maison. Nous avons eu d'agréables discussions. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier de Chamberi, idéal pour découvrir Madrid, les commerces sont nombreux et à proximité. La petite chambre avec la salle de bain privative est très bien. Bref si vous voulez passer un agréable séjour, dans un quartier sympa, avec une hôte au top vous pouvez aller chez Gabriela.

Viví cuatro meses (de febrero a mayo) con Gabriela, Raff y Amanda.
Todos son super amables y me ayudaron mucho con mi español. Especialmente Gabriela es una persona muy amigable y es genial tener todo tipo de conversaciones con ella y compartir perspectivas. Amanda es una perrita encantadora a la que le gusta la privacidad, pero que también te saluda felizmente en la puerta cuando regresas a casa.
La casa está muy bien situada y tiene muy buenas conexiones con la Universidad Complutense.
Cuando vuelva a Madrid, espero volver a encontraros a todos.Host reply

Gabriela es una mujer super cariñosa, hospitalaria, y fácil de vivir con. Yo sentí cómoda, segura, y como parte de la familia. Recomiendo a alguien a quedar con Gabriela en España. Voy a echar de menos a Gabriela (y su hijo también).

Me encanta encontrar Gabriela y su hijo Rafael, muy amables y simpáticos. Se puede pasar momentos muy agradables con ellos. Recomiendo el piso +++ cerca del metro y de los autobuses.

My stay with Gabriela's family went well. Gabriela's family is very welcoming. The apartment is located in a quiet area and I could get to the main museums in a reasonable time by public transport. I shared several interesting conversations with Gabriela. I enjoyed my experience in Madrid.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
