The house is large, completely exterior, very bright and renovated. We have 2 exterior rooms with a 1.50m bed, bedding and towels. Cleaning included. For long stays, sheets and towels will be changed every 10 days. The price also includes electricity, water and internet costs. For long stays, electricity and water may increase depending on expense. The great advantage is the location, without the noise or stress of the center, but 15 minutes walk from the center of Malaga and with a 24-hour city bus. Easy parking, public laundry, public library. We are in a garden area, with beautiful and inexpensive markets and typical bars where you can have tapas and eat. We wait for you.

About the Area
As you will see in the comments of the guests, everyone felt very comfortable with us, but the house was very old and a little small, it was in the same center and this was starting to be a bit uncomfortable due to the overcrowding that the center has suffered. . Our new house is large, sunny, fully renovated and 15 minutes walk from the center. The neighborhood is beautiful, with typical bars and a great market with much cheaper prices. With urban bus in the same door and easy parking.

House Rules
We do not accept animals. Payment for the stay will be made in full at the latest the day after arrival. Every time you enter a common space try to leave it the same or better than you found it. Visitors are not accepted.
We have a relaxed atmosphere of freedom and respect. For long stays you will have the possibility of washing clothes for 10 euros per washing machine, if you want to wash them yourself we have a public laundry right behind the house. After 11:00 p.m. check-in will have a surcharge of 20 euros. Since COVID, there is no room sharing for now.

Mon séjour chez Paula a été très très
agréable. Paula est une personne adorable qui a été d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité à chaque fois que je lui demandais des informations. Des moments de rigolade, de partage de confiance qui nous ont permis de créer une belle amitié. De plus l'appartement est situé dans un quartier sympa où l'on trouve banques, restaurants, boulangeries, supermarchés, etc, un arrêt de bus juste en bas de chez elle. De plus on peux se rendre dans le centre historique à pieds sans problème.
Vraiment je recommande un séjour chez Paula sans hésiter.September 2023

Paula war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit mit allem was ich während meines Aufenthalts benötigt habe. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und hatte alles was man benötigt und aucg das Bad war sehr sauber. Das einzige was nicht ganz perfekt war war dass die Küche ein bisschen unordentlich war aber ansonsten kann ich den Aufenthalt auf jeden Dank empfehlen.

Super séjour chez Paula ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli, la chambre est très confortable, la salle de bain agréable et fonctionnelle, le tout dans un écrin charmant avec son petit corridor de faïence qui orne un joli petit jardin intérieur.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Paula. Paula est une personne très aimable, à l’écoute et toujours de bons conseils pour visiter la ville. Elle a été très chaleureuse avec nous afin qu’on se sente comme chez nous durant nos vacances. C’est avec plaisir que nous retournerions chez elle pour nos prochaines vacances.

La estancia con Paula fue increíble!
La casa es genial, tanto ubicación como comodidad. Hemos estado 3 noches y ha sido como estar en nuestra propia casa. Además Paula es encantadora, súper amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar y recomendar sitios.
Si tenéis que ir a Málaga, no lo dudéis y alojaros con ella!

I 100% recommend the accommodation at Paula's. We were made to feel very welcome! The accommodation is well placed with several buses nearby that take you quickly to the centre of Malaga.

Paula was one of the most lovely people I have ever met. She always made sure I was okay, gave me space when I needed space, shared a lot of herself with which made me feel so comfortable with her and really, I felt right at home in the apartment. The bus access to the city centre was incredible and when I needed anything, Paula was right there to help. I would very much stay with her again :) x Thank you Paula

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
