Housing with four bedrooms, very cozy, with very large bathroom, living room, terrace, very bright kitchen, all exterior, silent, 20 minutes from the city center on foot, 3 bus lines that stop right in front of the house. Clean and simply decorated, but with pleasure.
The idea is to live as a family, with which you can use all the rooms, except my own.
I am a very sociable person and I like conversation, sports, culture and fun, I will try to make your stay a little bit of everything and take a good memory of Malaga and Spain in general.
September is an ideal month to visit Malaga, temperatures drop, most tourists have left and there is a beautiful Malaga to live and share. Its beaches, its museums, its culture and its people will leave a mark on you. Come to visit Malaga, I wait for you in my home!

About the Area
My house is located in an old neighborhood, middle class, is in a building of 36 neighbors, we are a quiet community. All exterior and very sunny, decorated in a simple but cozy, all exterior, very bright. Everything is at hand, shops, hospitals, buses, leisure, gyms ...

Mi estancia en casa de Mar resultó muy agradable. El piso es muy luminoso, grande y con una bonita decoración. Ella lo mantiene limpio y ordenado. Aparte tiene una amplia y soleada terraza. Esta a 20 minutos a pie del centro y la parada de autobuses esta justo enfrente de casa. Pero sobre todo lo que quiero destacar es la amabilidad de su dueña, que me hizo sentir como en mi propia casa en el tiempo en el que me alojé allí. Mar es una persona cálida y alegre y que está dispuesta a ayudarte en cualquier cosa que necesites. Desde luego si vuelvo a Málaga me volveré a alojar en su casa. Gracias Mar por hacer que mi estancia en Málaga haya sido tan agradable.

Het verblijf bij Mar was meer dan mijn verwachtingen konden hopen. Het is een hele fijne, lieve en behulpzame vrouw. Vooral heel erg gezellig en ook heel schoon. De kamers zijn fijn met airco en de buurt is ook dichtbij het centrum. Een bus en supermarkt voor de deur. Lopend is het ook nog geen 25 minuten lopen. Je kan met een gerust hart hier komen en gegarandeerd een fijne tijd!

I had a fabulous time staying at Josefa's place. Mar (Josefa) is very kind and welcoming, positive and full of energy. She is a great host and I really felt at home and like part of the family. It truly was a 'home-stay'. The apartment is spacious and kept very clean. (Note: the floors can be cold in the winter!)
The apartment and balcony face south, so I spent some time absorbing the 'winter' sunrays on the balcony (sunny all day). Wonderful! This place is not in the center, but it's not hard to walk into the center. It's also easy to take a bus into the center. Also note that it is better to know some Spanish to make communication easier.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
