The house that I will share with the guests is located in a duplex apartment building with three bedrooms and a bathroom in the upper part and a living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony on the ground floor. From the rooms with large windows you can see the sea from the side. The area is very central, with shops, supermarkets, bus stops and the beach is a 20-meter walk away.

Our house is located in downtown area with bus stops 2 minutes, shops and supermarkets, as well as commercial pedestrian area.
You can reach Playa del Inglés by walking 20 meters.

House Rules
- We must respect the rules of the community regarding noise at night and with the rest of the guests who stay sharing the common areas with the greatest harmony.
- The common areas that are living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony must be in order and cleanliness trying not to leave personal items.
-Only guests who have made the reservation can access the apartment.
- Visits are not allowed.
-Each guest will be responsible for throwing away the generated garbage. The containers are located at the exit, in front of the building.

The sleepingroom was OK, but I misset a wordrobe to hang in my clotes, and I missed a chair. Towels have to be washed in a mashine on 90 deg due to smell of freshness. Otherwise there will be a smell of uncleaness. TV was only Spanish, so I did not use it. Otherwise The host was a Nice lady.

Very clean room silent, at a little walking distance to the "movida scene". In the near, shops, bars and good not expensive restaurants. Pilar, the owner, is a smiling nice guest: I felt really in good hands. Very recommanded.

Pilar, war die optimale Gastgeberin. Sie war immer sehr lieb und entspannt. Wenn wir Fragen hätten, gab sie uns gute Tipps. Unser Zimmer war schön, wir hatten es immer ruhig und viel Privatsphäre. Die Küche durften wir benutzen. Alles war top sauber. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Dear Pilar,
thank you so much for kindness, help and having me at your home. It felt like being at home. I particulaly enjoyed being central (perfect public transportation and close to shops and restaurants) but not within the heavy tourist hotspots as well as hanging out on your comfortable balcony when having my morning tea :-)
I would definitely recommend everyone to chose your place for a stay !

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
