I am Susana and I live in a rustic, bohemian house with modernist touches in Olesa de Bonesvalls, a mountain town.
At home is my art studio.
We are surrounded by a beautiful, lush and quiet natural environment of the Parc del Garraf on the Alto Penedès Wine Route, near the beach and 30 km from the city of Barcelona, ideal for walks and excursions in the heart of nature. A place to enjoy beautiful views, take beautiful photos, draw, read, relax and breathe.
I have two bright rooms with double beds.
It is an old house, with patios like terraces.
You live immersed in nature.
I have Leo, my dog and two cats: Shifu and Baby.
The town center is 1.5 km away, there is a bakery, butcher shops, bars and some good restaurants. In summer also municipal swimming pool.
There is a bus that goes from the town to Gavà, a train station that connects with Barcelona city.
An ideal walk is to visit the cavas (wineries) in the area where visits and tastings are offered.

House Rules
Silence from midnight to 9 a.m.
Do not leave food in the rooms.
Do not leave wet or damp clothing in the rooms.
No smoking inside the house. Smoking area in the patio and terrace.
For reasons of saving and environmental awareness, the use of the shower will not exceed 10 minutes.
Being our home, respecting the privacy of the guest and with prior notice if possible, we reserve the right to enter the rooms to open or close windows, turn off lights, heating or cooling, on suspicion of non-compliance with the rules or Lack of consideration.

Susana te acoge en casa y se preocupa de que estes bien y de cada detalle. Es una persona muy atenta y con infinidad de detalles. Me parece una hospedadora ideal. La casa es preciosa, y rodeada de naturaleza, el pueblecito es encantador y hay zonas para pasear y perderse si buscas tranquilidad. Lo recomiendo¡¡¡¡

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
