Our cozy house is located at distances of 3,6 km from environmentally clean beaches, between well-known golf courses: Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Golf Club Villamartin, Golf Las Ramblas de Campoamor.
New townhouse - 3 bedrooms ( one with 2-tier bed for three, two - with a beds of a size 160x200), open studio-kitchen (sofa-bed with spring mattress 150x190), 2 bathroom (toilet and shower), boiler room, solarium (40m2), terrace (10м2) and garden.
To Your services - internet Wi-Fi, washing machine, boiler, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, hood, squeezer, filter of a drinking water, electric kettle, toaster, coffee grinder, coffee maker, dishes, bedding, towels, air conditioner, electric heating batteries, intercom and also spacious solarium, terrace and yard.
There are pool (including childish), playground, free place for a parking cars right in the yard.
There is a good transport links. The bus stop is near (100m). The buses run continuously by the route "beach - shopping center Zenia Boulevard". When you come on the highway you have easy access along the coast to north to Alicante or to south to Cartagena. There is the convenient transport connection to the airport L'Alted (Alicante).
Nearby are the rental cars companies.

About the Area
The infrastructure of a district is very good developed : the shopping and entertainment complex "La Fuente" with more than 30 cafes, bars, pizzeria, restaurants, boutiques, also pharmacy and banks is located close (2 min. walking) .
The qualitative spanish supermarket "Mercadona" placed very close (200 m), and at distances of 3 km is located MEGA-shopping center "Zenia Boulevard".

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
