With amazing views of the Sierra de Tramuntana our home is a pleasant place to rest and get relax. My wife and I are musicians and we love to share our music in our chill out lounge and listen to good music with live acoustic piano and some countryside of Palma from our terrace. We offer a single bedroom ideal for a single person bunk bed student combined with studio space or single bed and fitted wardrobe. It includes a floor to ceiling picture window with quite views of the countryside and distant sea views. One bathroom to share with me and my wife, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry service, tv on living room and wireless wifi signal. Common areas are the living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and terrace are included in the price but the House Rules detailed in the section due. We offer shuttle service to the airport for a small fee. We can also offer preparation service diets, vegan and macrobiotic. (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with prices to be agreed. The neighborhood is well served by at least 2 lines of bus stops 5 minutes from the floor and with a frequency of buses every 10 minutes on weekdays and 20 not working. Buses connect with the city center (Spain Square) in 40 minutes where they can transfer to other lines of the city or transfers to other parts of the island. The neighborhood is a quiet area of Palma with public transport on hand, supermarkets, sports and recreation zones and some other restaurants. My home is 3.72 km away from central Palma De Mallorca in the Es Rafal Nou

Esther is 35. He speaks Spanish and enjoys cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, reading, learning foreign languages, socialising, and television.
Additional Info
There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Frank offers qualified language instruction in his native language Spanish. One hour of instruction costs 50.00 EUR. The classes will be given by the family member at the accommodation.

About the Area
Our house is a great location if you want to stay in Es Rafal Nou. Don't worry as soon as you complete your booking and pay your deposit online you will get an email with our exact address.
Meals

House Rules
The rules apply with particular attention for long stays as follows:
- The guest can take the kitchen with due care and equipment and utensils should be left tidy and clean as possible in the food preparation area.
- For food processing is mandatory that guest must use the cookware and utensils we provide in the case of not having a vegetarian, vegan or macrobiotic diet .
- The schedule for use the kitchen and bathroom will be previously agreed with the customer care as well as the use of electricity, gas, water, internet and laundry service.
- Cleaning costs are 15 €/month negotiable only for short stays up to 2 days stay.
- Guests who smoke may do so only in outdoor areas.
- No pets allowed.

Sono stata benissimo a casa di Frank ed Esther!! Loro sono molto attenti e disponibili!! Mi sono sentita a casa! Sempre pronti a venire incontro alle varie esigenze. Anche il loro gatto è affettuoso! Ottima la connessione wi-fi. La zona è tranquilla con ampia possibilità di parcheggio e vicina sia al centro di Palma ( 7 minuti di auto!) e alle altre arterie di collegamento dell'isola. Grazie per l'ospitalità!!

Have been very well to house of Frank and Esther!! They are very careful and available!! House I have felt to! Always ready to meet the various demands. Also their cat is affectionate! Excellent the connection wi-fi. The zone is calm with ample possibility of parking lot and neighbor is to the center of Palm (7 minutes of auto!) and to the other arteries of connection of the island. 場所は少し中心部から離れていますが、バスの本数も多く、バス停に徒歩２分ほどでいけますので問題ありません。素敵なご夫婦で、いろいろなお話しができ、とても楽しく過ごせました。音楽を一緒に楽しむこともでき、いつかマヨルカに行くことがあれば、またステイしたいと思います。
I had a very good time with Frank and his wife. We enjoyed music together ,talked about many things sharing our culture.
They are very kind and friendly. Should I have a chance to visit Mallorca I want to stay there again!!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
