Students only, accommodation in a single (or double) room with its own bathroom, wardrobe and study table. In an independent and silent area of the house, ideal for students or opponents. It is a 400m2 detached house, with its own garden and swimming pool for 5 neighbors. Family with university and high school children, family treatment is offered as well as independence since the room is in a separate area from the family bedrooms. Use of the common areas of the house: living room, garden, kitchen...
Electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi included.
Additionally it includes:
- Half board (Breakfast and dinner)
- Weekly cleaning of room and bathroom with change of sheets and towels:
- Washing and ironing of personal clothes
All your time for your studies and life in the city. You will not have to worry about anything, neither shopping, nor cooking, nor washing and ironing your clothes, nor cleaning your room.

About the Area
The house is located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, municipality in which the Francisco de Vitoria University, ESIC and the Somosaguas de la Complutense campus are located. With bus stops to these universities 1 minute walk and the vicinity to 10min. Very well connected also with Madrid center through direct buses to Moncloa and surroundings.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
