Duplex apartment with a bright room available. Excellent communication with the center of Madrid. I am at home often working online. I only admit one person at a time, ONLY women and for a maximum of 2 weeks and a minimum of 1 week. Not single days.
Spacious house on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace, study, full kitchen, washing machine, broadband internet, and other usual spaces in a house.
My guest will have his own full bathroom, and he has to organize his own meals.

About the Area
My house is next to the Renfe Cercanías station that leaves the center of Madrid in 2 stops, 10 minutes. There are also bus stops to Moncloa. Very close there are several supermarkets, laundromats, pharmacies, cafeterias, a library, gyms and more shops. The area is lively during the week, but it is not noisy. It has a park very close where you can walk or play sports.

You can not smoke in the house. The maintenance of the cleanliness of your room and your private bathroom must be done by the guest. If the kitchen and its utensils are used, they must be cleaned and left as you found them. You can use the wifi network of the house freely, and the office to work / study. Inside the house you have to wear house slippers, not street shoes.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
