I live in Salamanca with my 24-year-old son, Daniel, and with the company of other students. Daniel likes sports and goes to the gym. I am a Spanish teacher and I like to meet people from other cultures and countries, I also like to cook, if you want you can bring a recipe from your country to make together.
The house is completely new, with all the comforts, two bathrooms, and internet.
It is located in the center of the city, you can walk to all places, 6 minutes to the main square,

It is located in the center of the city, you can walk to all places, 6 minutes to the main square. There is a large park next door, supermarkets, bars, cafeterias... A heated pool for winter 1 minute away.

Vivía por 5 meses en el piso de Juani y estaba muy muy contento con mi estancia allí. Juani era como un madre. Me ayudaba siempre cuando tuve preguntas diferentes (con respecto a la Universidad, la ciudad etc.). Ya que hay muchos otros estudiantes que viven en el piso, nunca me he sentido solo y nunca me he aburrido tampoco. Tenía una habitación para mí mismo, y por eso, mi privacidad estaba respetado todo el tiempo. Por cierto, la ubicación del piso es muy bien: cerca de la Universidad, de Plaza Mayor, de estación de autobuses. Absolutamente recomendable.

Juani is the best person to stay with if you enjoy home cooked meals, a warm house, and want to learn Spanish. My stay was comfortable and educational. The apartment is in the perfect location - 3 minutes from the Plaza Mayor, 12 minutes from the cine, and 10-15 minutes to USal depending on the faculty. I recommend staying with Juani.
Juani es la mejor persona para quedar con sí disfrutas comida de casa, un habitación buena, y quieres aprender español. El apartamento es en el locacion perfecto - 3 minutos de la Plaza Mayor, 12 minutos del cine, and 10-15 minutos a USal, dependiente en que facultad. Yo recomiendo quedando con Juani.

Juani is a lovely host and was like a mother to me during my stay in Salamanca. She made sure I was comfortable and that I felt at home at all times, allowing me to adjust some dates and food preferences as well. The location was perfect; close enough to the university (Philology Faculty) that it took less than 10 minutes to walk to class in the morning, but on the edge of town so I didn't hear too much traffic. The apartment is very comfortable and homely, and it was a wonderful experience to be able to meet so many other people from all over the world. Juani made me feel very welcome and Salamanca now feels like a second home.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
