Hello my name is Laura I am 50 years old and I live with my 16 year old daughter. I work and my daughter studies 1st grade. We are both very athletic.
I love music, walking on the beach, going to the movies.
As for my house is very cozy, has 4 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and toilet, in addition a large terrace that is wonderful to sunbathe, read a book and have breakfast overlooking the urbanization and countryside.
I live in San Juan de Alicante a town dormitory of the city, with a lot of life, if you come by car you are 5 minutes from the beach and we have good public transport service to go to both the beach and Alicante which is 7 km .
Smoking is not allowed, nor pets. Although I have a small dog.
I hope my host is a respectful and clean person. I will be willing to help you as my time allows.
The preferred method of payment is cash.

About the Area
Hello friends our house is in a village near the city of Alicante, also near the beach about 4km.
It is located in a quiet residential area near San juan have in clinical and university hospital.
When meeting just 7km Alicante is a very lively town, shops, bars, cinemas.

Our stay with Laura and her lovely daughter was exellent! The cozy clean and nicely decorated apartment, a good infrastructure, a cute dog. Laura is the very warm hearted and helpful person. We will be happy to stay here again.

Laura es una de personas la mas amable que conozco. He pasado 10 dias muy agradable en su casa. Gracias a ella, he podido mejorar mucho mi español. Laura es muy dedicada para ayudarme quien tenia necesito. Laura ha tamado de su tiempo para venir conmigo a la playa, para pasear o para jugar al tenis. Su hija Marta es tambien una chica muy amable.
Laura queria que me sintiera en su casa y me senti como un membro de su familia.

Estoy muy, muy, muy encantado por mi estancia de 4 días con Laura, su hija y la perrita Lula.
Mi objectivo fue de mejorar mi nivel de Español. Pedí a Laura si podría hablar lo mas posible conmigo. Lo hizo muy bien.
Cuando lo podía (tuve la suerte que estaba de vacaciones por parte de mis vacaciones), me ha acompañado al centro ciudad de Alicante, al castillo, a la montaña, al mar...
Me sienté como un miembro de su familia. La casa esta en una zona residencial segurada, con un jardin y una piscina.
Autobuses permiten de llegar al Alicante en un media hora. La playa de Sant-Juan esta mas cerca.

Ha sido una estancia super agradable durante los 3 dias,me han facilitado todo para sentirme perfectamente comodo y en un entorno acogedor,la casa estupenda junto con el jardin y piscina,espero volver a repetir en otra ocasion...

Laura es una de las personas mas majas , amable y cariñosa que conozco. La convivencia es de 10 gracias a que te trata como una más de la casa. Te recibe con una sonrisa y te ayuda en todo lo que puede. Muchas gracias por todo Laura , espero que nos volvamos a ver pronto

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
