Hello, my name is Liliana, I live in Tenerife, a fantastic island of an archipelago located in the Atlantic Ocean very close to Africa but belongs to Spain. I'm Argentina and I've been living here for 17 years. I love this place and I enjoy a lot with the intercultural opening and that motivates me to be your host, it is a great experience that I have been practicing for more than 15 years since I host students from the Spanish School for foreigners "Canaria Cultural" I have two daughters who do not live with me, as the oldest is in Argentina and the youngest lives in France, although now she is traveling around the world, both of them university students. In Argentina I have the degree of Lawyer, in Spain I have worked in various activities, I am a businesswoman, I have a business and until very recently I have run a Restaurant of typical Argentinian and international meals since this place where I live is visited by tourists from all over the world, worthy of knowing and exchanging diverse cultures, very interesting for all. I also travel a lot, I love knowing places and especially its people. I love reading, music, I love tennis and traveling, dealing with young people and good energy, I like nature and outdoor life. Having you as a guest would be an honor for me. I can OFFER a shared apartment with three individual rooms, equipped with bedding and toilet, with bathroom exclusively for guests, kitchen, living room, TV room and music, all in impeccable conditions, in the heart of the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, I do not have pets and I do not smoke. The idea is to share the flat with other people from other parts of the world who may coincide with your visit ... As soon as you make the reservation, I will immediately send my account number to make the deposit of 50% of the value of the reservation and it would be like this confirmed the same. About the Area
The area where the apartment is central, quiet and many services to reach and close, banks, parks, playgrounds, shopping malls, bus and tram terminal, supermarkets, acclimated and common pools, gyms , public administration, tennis courts, etc.
You can lead you on foot, by bus, tram to the entire island without any problems since their terminal stations are a few blocks from the apartment.

House Rules
The house rules are very sensillar. Both the room and the whole apartment will be given perfectly organized and clean, equipped with bed linen and towels for the shower, I just ask all its facilities to be used with care. All personal products such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper and kitchen, laundry soap must be provided for each guest. - I have 3 rooms available belonging to the same apartment: a 'single' and two 'double', one with double bed, so I can accommodate five people simultaneously. All rooms have lockable. - As a nomal, smoking is not permitted in the house. There is only one enabled external terrace for those who want to smoke only in the place assigned area. 'The cleaning of the common areas and are borne by the host, but the amount of room is required for use.

Great host and location. Liliana and the resident caretaker Erhol really made everyone feel welcome. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice sitting room with TV and balcony and a working kitchen with fridge space for all the guests.Cooker and cupboard space so you have all you need to cook for yourself. The supermarket is close by. There is a lift to the 4th floor apartments. Wi-fi is excellent. You can catch the Titsa bus 920 from the main Bus Terminal and it stops right outside the door on La Marina. The Cruise Terminal and Marina is just across the road. Santa Cruz is a working Spanish City so don't expect people to be English speaking but they will all try and help understand what your needs are. The fantastic La Teresitas Beach is about 7 KM away and bus 910 stop is in front of the Cruise Terminal heading North. Bus 102 takes you to the Airport North and Puerto De La Cruz and it is about 50 minutes away. It is more touristic and has a great beach walk. Bus 111 takes you to the South Airport or 110 will get you to Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje. Restaurants in Santa Cruz can be quite expensive near the Cruise Terminal so it is advisable to try nearer the city center.I really enjoyed my stay with Liliana and I'd recommend it highly on the price and location.

Liliana è sempre presente, per qualsiasi esigenza dà sempre piena disponibilità, non penso si possa stare meglio a Santa Cruz, quando tornerò contatterò, senza dubbi, questo host veramente accogliente..

I rented a room in a shared apartment for 10 days.The room was clean&spacious, facilities in the apartment were good. Liliana was a lovely host for the duration of the trip
The apartment is located in a good location in Santa Cruz, close to local bars, restaurants, museums etc.Recommend as a base in Santa Cruz if on a tight budget.

Stay with Liliana it is tale! Everything is close, the city center. In the place of residence elevator. The hostess welcoming and very responsive. The apartments have everything for a perfect stay. It feels like home. I recommend to everyone.

No comodo, el piso y los muebles ,todos las tiendas eran muy antiqua ,las camas eran horribile;las puertas y los acientos eran rompio,en la cocina hay cucarachas;durante a las noches era no possibilidad para dormir bueno porque todo del este edificio es muy rudioso!El llugar esto es tambien muy laudo,porque la calle es con mucho traffico !La "Familia"fue no interesta en para encontrar con los clientes en una buena forma,la Senora Juliana hable con clientes en una muy malo forma de otras personas,qien viven en ka casa de ella a la similar tiempo! Yo fui para gambiar la casa!
En mi pienso:Esta Senora Juliana solo es interesta en para tomar dinero......

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
