Our house is located in an urbanization with a swimming pool, paddle tennis court and common areas, 300 meters from the hospital and 500 meters from a commercial area with supermarkets, a bowling alley and a gym with a heated pool. Its south and west orientation allows us to enjoy a very bright house all year round and with a pleasant temperature in winter. From all the windows you can see the countryside, with its olive groves and paths that invite us to walk at any time of the year.
In the new construction house, cleanliness, order and all those healthy habits that facilitate the times and spaces necessary for study, reading or simply relaxation reign.
The room that we offer has a double bed, a closet, its own bathroom with a shower and a study area in front of a large window with views of the sunsets. Likewise, the living-dining room, the kitchen, the library and the common areas of the urbanization are available to the guest.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We trust those attitudes that lead to a healthy coexistence, respecting rest times.
-You can only eat in the kitchen and dining room. We don't eat in any other room or on the sofa.
-The walls are white and we try not to touch them or put things on them to keep them as good as possible for as long as possible.
-The plugs must also be treated with care and we must pull the plug carefully and with our hand placed in the box to remove it.
-We do NOT admit companions of the people who occupy the room,
It is exclusively individual.

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
