My house is very comfortable, always bright, located on 7th. floor with modern elevator
Located near the center of the city, 10, 15 minutes walking, depending on your pace.
Surrounded by all kinds of shops. Provincial and interprovincial bus station, metro, trams, local bus, ETC.
The house with an elevator on the farm, with a corridor, gallery, very ventilated, the window of the room is exterior.
Small to medium room for 1, 2 people, double bed. VENTILATION inside the room with oil heating or fan, in addition to the natural air that enters through the window. If you prefer. Bathroom of the house, with bathtub, etc.
We speak our Spanish language.
1- Payment will be made for the entire stay in Cash, in euros, the amount that HOMESTAY has told you, when you get home, before receiving the room.
2- Payment is only received in Euros.
3- You must send your identification document and that of your companion, front and back, attached to the reservation Confirmation email that HOMESTAY sent you and forward it to the Host, before your arrival. Thank you.

The entrance is from 2 pm
Departure is at 12 noon.
But there is flexibility, if you need to arrive before the check-in time. or after check-in time, it's not a problem, okay?

Hemos estado muy a gusto en casa de Leyla. Nos ha puesto muy fácil nuestra estancia desde la llegada hasta irnos. Nos ha aconsejado muy bien sobre como organizar nuestra visita y como llegar a los sititos. Hemos compartido con ella momentos muy agradables. Tanto la habitación como el resto de la casa estaba todo muy limpio y hemos estado muy cómodos. Lo recomendamos. Muchas gracias Leyla!!

Leyla is a caring, kind and welcoming host that made our stay in Valencia much easier. She provides you with everything you need. Also her place is 10 mins from Las Torres de Serranos (city centre) and the bus dropped us right in front her building. 5 stars!

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
