We are Elisabeth, Noah my 7 and a half year old son and Lupu our dog. Our house is a 120m2 apartment located in the Zaida neighborhood touching Benimaclet and 8 minutes from the river, Serrano bridges and Viveros garden, a comfortable, central location but without being noisy. We have internet and a double room to rent. I speak English, I have traveled and lived in many countries, I like plurality and sharing.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, in the area of Saidia touching the neighborhood of Benimaclet (with a lot of boom, dynamic, creative and preferred by students and teachers of the German school and future doctors). Located 8 minutes walk from the city center (Torres de Serrano), the river (park of 10km that crosses the entire city) and Jardines de Viveros. The Benimaclet metro stop and the tram are an 8-minute walk away. The train stop is 6 metro stops, and the buses are two blocks away. The location is perfect, and it was the reason to stay in this house.

House Rules
Respect for common spaces and the people we inhabit in the house. It means that no one will be admitted drunk or smoked, no drugs are allowed and please respect the rest of all the people we inhabit. It is also not allowed to bring companies to the house, or organize parties or group dinners. If you want laundry service will be paid separately, free use of the kitchen as long as it is left in good condition and clean, internet is included.

Elisabeth is very kind, attentive and if you need help for everything, she will be here for you. I recommend her for the persons who want travel for work or holidays.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
