family house where three people live. Located in a quiet working-class neighborhood, near the port, near the best beaches in Valencia and the City of Arts and Sciences.
It is the top of a two-storey house, three bedrooms, a loft, a bathroom, a spacious kitchen and a large terrace facing south, sunny and overlooking the neighborhood square, next to the church.
Bus stop ... 30m. Lines towards the center, universities (Blasco Ibáñez) and beach (in summer)
municipal bicycles (valenbisi) 15m. Bike path in all directions
We like to enjoy the outdoors, taking long walks, cycling, by nearby: Beach, City of Arts and Sciences, Turia old riverbed.
We are fond of plants that grow on our terrace.
We like to see series, movies and reading, photography and enjoy nature.

About the Area
The house is next to, near the cruise terminal (500metres) Valencia harbor, the beaches of Las Arenas and Malvarrosa (1.5km) and the City of Arts and Sciences (1.5km). Three bus lines stop within 20 meters and frequency of about 8 minutes, connecting with the center (5.5km) and universities (4.5km). Next to the house (20metros) municipal station bikes (Valenbisi) bike path that connects with the beaches, center, City of Arts and Sciences and universities.

Lo pasé genial el tiempo con ellos. Es una familia que te hace sentir como si fueses parte de la familia y te ayudan con todo. No dudes ni un segundo - no hay casa más recomendable!

Très bon accueil chez Marisa et Juan. C'est un peu "comme à la maison". Ils sont très prévenants et toujours prêts à aider et conseiller. C'est une famille idéale pour progresser en espagnol. De plus, le quartier typique entre le centre ville et les plages est sympathique.

Une famille extrêmement accueillante dans laquelle je me suis sentie intégrée dès le premier jour. Il y a vraiment une très bonne ambiance dans cette maison. Malgré un séjour, selon moi trop court, Marisa, Juan et leur fils ont su m'apprendre énormément sur la culture et les coutumes espagnoles. Ils ont aussi joué un rôle très important dans l'amélioration de ma langue et je ne me suis jamais sentie à l'écart. Je recommande fortement cette famille au grand coeur pour un quelconque séjour à Valencia, surtout si c'est pour une première expérience en Espagne !
This is a very welcoming family with who I felt like home. I beneficiated from a very good, relaxing and joyfull atmosphere in this house. Despite a too short stay, Marisa, Juan and their son taught me so much concerning Spain and its culture. They played a very big role in improving my language and the most important is that I never felt appart with them. That is why I highly recommend this family, which has a wonderful heart, for anyone who plans to stay in Valencia, even more if it is for a first experience in Spain !
Una familia muy agradable en la quiel me he sentido integrada desde el primer dia. En esta casa, se puede beneficiar de un ambiente genial. A pesar de un viaje corto, Marisa, Juan y su hijo me han aprendido mucho sobre Espana, su cultura y sus costumbres. Se han comprometido en ayudarme para que mejore en idioma y nunca me he sentido sola con ellos. Recomendo mucho esta familia con su grande cuore para cualquiera persona que planea venir en Valencia, sobre si es su primera experiencia en Espana!

Pour une première expérience , nous avons envoyé notre fille Roxane de 14 ans qui est partie avec son amie de 15 ans seule par avion. Juan et Marisa ont super bien géré l'arrivée et le départ de l’aéroport des filles.Tout c'est très bien passé sur Valencia.C'est une famille formidable sur qui ont peut compter. Les filles ont adorées ce séjour dans cette famille et surtout la cuisine de Juan qui cuisine comme un chef

My stay with juan and marisa was simply wonderful. They are very friendly, openminded and helpful people. I had a big room and I could use the kitchen and the washing mashine. I loved their terasse as well. One bathroom for 4 people is sometimes a little bit difficult but it worked. There is a bike and a bus station directly in front of their house, very useful! Its not far from town center or beach. If you book your stay wih meals I m shure juan will prepare nice and healthy food every day. There is wi fi and you can watch a lot of dvds if you bring your computer. So I loved my stay nearly one month in their family.

Juan Marisa y Jamie son personas encantadoras y auténticas! Tuve un increíble 6 días quedarse con ellos. Ellos siempre hicieron todo lo posible para ayudar con mis preguntas o necesidades. Son muy generosos con su alojamiento y buena voluntad para entablar conversación. Recomiendo encarecidamente este Homestay y espero volver en el futuro cercano!

Una casa y habitación bastante grande, luminosa y preciosa en un ambiente familiar y cariñoso. Se encuentra en un barrio muy tranquilo y al lado de la playa.
Si quieres sentirte como en tu casa, te quedarás con Juan, Marisa, Jaime y Nico (el gatito)- la familia más amable que puede haber en este mundo. Aquí, no te faltará absolutamente nada!

When do I pay?

When can I share my contact details?
