I live in a nice and sunny apartment with my little son Pelayo
The house is on top of a pretty village near the center of the capital.
It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with a small terrace where we spent most of the time, the entire floor is open to a beautiful landscape of trees and mountains.
I work only half a day as a consultant and my child spends in school until 5 day except the days that have extracurricular activities returning later.
We have a home routine in the cold season, prepare food and clothes for the next day, he does his homework and during dinner we usually watch a movie through the tv apple, but when spring approaches and summer we often spend evenings by the pool or on the beach.
The neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by nature, is a residential village with a great sports area and pool, plus some very good restaurants to go to lunch or dinner because here always makes very good time, we are also next to an area entertainment with cinemas.
Just 3 minutes you can take the subway that takes you to the city center in just 10 minutes.

I wish that our guest was an outgoing person with a sense of humor, which I also prefer to communicate in English.

About the Area
Our house is located in the northeast of Valencia, in a quiet population and very secure call Godella where summered the old aristocracy of the city, so many of the homes are beautiful villas of the early twentieth century, Godella is known for being the birthplace of painters and musicians, in addition to being a residential area with a high socio-cultural level. We are 8 miles from downtown, about a 10 minute drive, we can go on the motorway or take an old orchard road. Access to the city is easy, the metro is 4 min. home and have just 8 stops to the center, there is also a free bus that runs to the population developments. The village has many small cafes with terraces and restaurants and a large supermarket and ecological market in the square house on Saturdays, is next to the garden. By car we are only 15 minutes from the beach Malvarrosa and other city beaches.

House Rules
Smoking inside the house, but if the deck is not allowed. Do not invite strangers home, if I want to invite a friend, acuerdalo me before. It respetuso with Pelayo, is only an 8 years. Reduces noise to a minimum after midnight. You can use all electrical equipment and taking care of them as your own. Make sure locked before leaving. Enjoy your stay and our home is as you would with yours.

Una persona eccezionale di gran cultura e professionalita ambiente ,pulito l unica pecca troppo distante dalla citta di valencia ma se si cerfca un posto tranquillo dove stare in pace e gustarsi tanta tranquillita allora godella e la citta per voi una citta meravigliosa e sopratutto si gode di un panorama fantastico ,la padrona di casa e una persona meravigliosa ,invito tutti a provare almeno una volta l esperienza che ho fatto io

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
