Jose Luis and Eren, we are a family that live in a place in Valencia district 6, where we have everything, supermarkets, banks, fruit shops, bars, restaurants, the city of arts and sciences, turia park, good bus communication for beaches and walking 20 minutes from downtown.
We have 2 rooms both with a double bed, fully illuminated.
The house is spacious and you can use all the services of it.
We like to share cultures and gastronomy and therefore we offer added value at no cost (free).

House Rules
Smoking in rooms is not allowed, we have a terrace for smokers, respecting night hours making the minimum noise, keep the room clear so that we can clean every day, pets can be negotiated, if you want to receive prior consultation visits with family, enjoy the house and treat her as if yours ..
You have to pay a deposit through PAYPAL 20% of the total amount will be deducted from the payment of the stay.

Le logement est bien situé en plein centre avec toutes les commodités à proximité (magasins, restaurants, transports en commun, etc.)
Stationnement très difficile dans le secteur, prévoir la réservation d'un parking souterrain de préférence par internet. Il y en a un à une centaine de mètres à 15 € pour 24 heures à payer en cash.
Le signal wifi n'est pas reçu dans la chambre où nous étions.

I stayed here for 5 nights for the MotoGP weekend. The location is brilliant and literally a nice walk from the centre of Valencia. The room was clean and has air con if needed. Bathroom was clean and tidy as it was shared with family. The host was very helpful and understanding. Very good value for the price you pay.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
