Alvaro is a very pleasant, kind, and welcoming host. I had not yet met him when he was offering to organise dinner for me upon my arrival. The flat is spacious enough for 2 people and there is a rather large balcony area for relaxing. Alvaro lives on the top floor in his building so it is a rooftop balcony. The flat is situated about a 5 minute walk from Av. Del Cid metro, and there are plenty of food and drink options and shops in the neighbourhood. Despite the long hours Alvaro was working while I was there, he ensured that I had everything that I needed and he spent whatever time he could with me talking, practising languages, and getting to know one another a bit. I would definitely recommend Alvaro as a host!

He was a very attentive host, my stay was perfect - Alvaro was very helpful - he even cooked typical Valencian dishes! He gave me different tips of the city - his flat is well located, downtown and with supermarkets nearby.
I highly recommend him, no doubt I will repeat whenever I return to Valencia!

Alvaro was a great host! He was helpful, fun and even had paella waiting for me when I arrived. His place is in a great location about 10-15 minute walk to the old town and it's quiet with a nice roof terrace to relax on. I would highly recommend staying here and meeting Alvaro!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
