A photocopy of the documentation of the person requesting the reservation will be requested, and may be delivered by email or upon arrival at the address, before receiving the keys.
The apartment has a single suite, for couples or up to 3 people with an extra bed (or cot) and 1 private bathroom in the room. (with shampoo, dryer and a set of towels for each guest. And one of them incorporated into the suite, with musical thread). The rooms have: own key, television, own fridge in each room, dvd, 300MG wifi (turned on day and night due to the change of time in other countries), comfortable beds with quality bedding and 2 high-end fans with remote control. Air-conditioned lounge with television and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, television and remote control. (use only available from one week stay)
.The sizes of the bunk beds are 210/90, they can be put together or separated if guests wish.
In addition the apartment has a fire extinguisher.
THE ARRIVAL SCHEDULE FROM 12:00 HALF DAY IN ADVANCE.
AND THE DEPARTURE APPEAR 12:00.
New mattresses of first quality. New boiler and heating, hot water 24 hours a day. Bicycle rental is very close as Valencia is a flat city for driving. Free parking area (no cost) very close to the house (next to the snow white park), or private parking right in front of the building. Located under the building is the snow-white park ideal for children to play and for people who like nature.
. Right to a weekly washing machine and smoking is allowed in the gallery (not in rooms or kitchen) .. DISCOUNTS TO NEGOTIATE FOR A WEEK OF LODGING !!!!. Rent for days, weeks or months.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED THAT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE EXIT OF THE GUEST IF EVERYTHING IS PERFECT.
In short stays (1 day) it is not allowed to use the kitchen, but the microwave ..

My house is located in a quiet neighborhood but is very next to the city of arts and sciences. Besides this well served by buses and if you prefer there is a bike rental shop just meters away. Just below my house is the blancanieves park, ideal for renters with children or pets. Also you will find in the nearby supermarket, several bars and shops.

Dolores me ha recibido con los brazos abiertos, ha sido como una madre en estos días maravillosos que pase en Valencia, tuve un problema con la maleta en el aeropuerto y ella me aconsejo muy sabiamente que debia hacer y como realizar el debido reclamo a la empresa y fue de muy gran ayuda, su casa es muy acogedora ,siempre muy limpia y con perfume, muchas gracias por haberme tratado tan bien y por haberme hospedado es su casa!! Muchas gracias por estos quince días ,hasta la próxima si Dios quiere y lme permita volver a Valencia algun día, y de seguro volvería a pedirle hospedaje!! Hasta la próxima Dolores, besos!!!

Me encanto quedarme con Dolores es como tener una mama en España, siempre pendiente que todo estuviera bien en mi estancia y mi habitación con sabanas confortables,mmuy limpia y la casa en general muy limpia, y Baño particular. Zona Ruzaffa barrio de moda en Valencia muy cerca de el Museo de las ciencias, recomiendo ampliamente la estancia con Dolores.

Dolores es sencillamente excelente.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
