The house has 3 rooms for huespedes.1 has 2 bunk beds and a private bathroom with shower, the other sleeps up to 4 people, is outside with balcony and the bathroom is shared with third familia.La room accommodates 3 exterior.Está people and is located in a quiet area of the city but with services supermarket, gym, gardens, neighborhood shops and well connected by bus and tram to the city center and the beach.

My home is in an area with many services for yourself the corner 5 minutes there supermercado.está well connected by bus to the city center in 10 minutes 15 minutos.tambien the house we have the tram that connects with and unjversidades It goes straight to the playa.hay bars and many neighborhood shops.

Payment will be made in advance. Once the reservation has been formalized, I will send the account number where to make the transfer. If the reservation is canceled 2 days before the date, the money will not be refunded. Keep order and meet schedules.

Das Zimmer ist ideal für Studenten die nicht allzu viel ausgeben und die meiste Zeit draußen verbringen wollen. Nuria ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings lässt die Hygiene ein wenig zu Wünschen übrig und das Zimmer kann man nicht abschließen. Wir haben nochmal das Bad geputzt und Duftspray gekauft um uns wohler zu fühlen, da es durch die 3 Hunde dementsprechend riecht. Die Metro ist 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt und von dort aus braucht man 15 Minuten bis zum Strand Malvarossa.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Valencia sehr genossen !

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
