We are a large family formed by Pilar and Jesus and our children of 8, 13,14 and 20 years old. We live in a very large and very nice penthouse which is also our design studio where design and fashion clothes, make patterns, drew up and sew prototypes to sell at fairs, internet and private customers. You can join our fashion and design courses, working with illustrator, one of the most comprehensive programs for design. You will see how your ideas become drawings, patterns and then later in precious clothes to enjoy your own style .... see how ideas becomes reality ... and this may be your Job is ..... an exciting challenge.
After work we go to private sports and leisure center, CDO, is one of the largest in Europe, even has ice rink, spa, all sorts of activities led by instructors such as aerobics, yoga .... with Pools heated and outdoor. this has Cafeteria restaurant and shops. By hiring the stay in our homestay and one of the courses, we make you free partner of this center so you can enjoy like us.
ROOM FOR STUDENTS ARE IN THE ATTIC, the ceiling is lined with wood, the floor is ceramic imitation wood, decorated with many pictures of different parts of the world. There are games area with pool, darts and table football ... this is free.
Each room has single bed, desk, shelves, hangers area, floor lamp and study, and access to the lounge, terraces ...
It is up to the buardilla by a staircase of marble and wood, surrounded by plants and fountains, which is born of living room,
It is very nice, and we are good people.

There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Deleone Homestay offers qualified language instruction in his native language Spanish.

House Rules
The rules of the house are normal in any family. We all have to be polite and respectful of others. Smoking inside the house is not allowed, it is only allowed on the terraces.
You can not make noise during the night to rest all who live in the homestay and we have to work the next day, but there are always exceptions and time to party and enjoy.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
