Cruci welcomes you to our house in Simancas, Valladolid. We have two rooms: a single room and a family room for two adults and a minor. They have wardrobe for clothes, TV, desk and lamp available for guests. Our house is located 8 km from Valladolid city, with buses every half hour (you can take the number 5).
The price includes: accommodation only, bath towels, shared bathroom. No breakfasts or lunches or dinners. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to write to us!

Cruci welcome you to our house in Simancas! We have two romos: one single and one family for two adults and one children. Wardrobe in each room, TV in each room and a desk.
Our house is located at 8 Km from Valladolid city, but you can go by urban Bus, the number 5 connects Simancas with the city center and runs every half an hour.
Prices include: only accommodation, bath towels and shared bathroom. WE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY MEALS. No breakfast, no lunch, no dinner.

Muy buen trato por parte de Cruci. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros, pero dejándonos a nuestro aire.
La habitación, fantástica.
Y aunque no había derecho a cocina, disponíamos de una nevera y un pequeño mueble con cubiertos e información turística.

Très charmante maison de pays dans un village médiéval, hôtesse agréable. On est au cœur du village, à 50 mètres des restaurants, bars, petits commerces. On est arrivé au moment d'une fête, on a pu profiter de l'ambiance...

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
