About the Area
It is located in the Delicias neighborhood, it has three rooms and a bathroom, around there are parks and religious and public schools, we also have a lot of shops, one km from the center. (Pilar)
Within walking distance we have a hospital, the train and bus station, public swimming pools, many bus lines, you can walk to the center, we are two family members, my 15-year-old children and me. We are simple and friendly. Close to sports centers and gym.

Super amable, muy acogedora. Es una lástima haber estado siempre fuera y no haber pasado más tiempo, ni para tomar un café tranquilos. Tal vez la próxima vez.

Denice et son fils nous ont très bien accueillis, l'ambiance est très chaleureuse avec eux. Nous repasserons sans hésiter lors d'un futur séjour à Saragosse !

I had a great time staying at Denice's house. i was overwhelmed by the way she welcomed me and made sure that i have a comfortable stay at Zaragoza. I also spent wonderful time with her family during my stay. they are a very kind and warm family. i was treated like a family member only. the room was very spacious, good food at her house, great local market nearby. The room is well connected to the main train and bus station of Zaragoza Delicias. I would surely love to come back to your house Denice. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
