There are 5 best bed rooms in total. 3 rooms are downstairs with attached bathroom, and 2 rooms are upstairs with one of open sky bathroom and view of sea from balcony .the rooms are basic and simple .but it is very clean and specious and work perfectly within this tranquil paradise.

it contained mostly 2 single bed each room (already combined as double bed) also add one extra bed for family bed room with en suite bathroom and 2 type of shower(no hot water although it' never cold enough here to need warm water)also has a mosquito net and overhead fan.

the prices are include (website hidden) mean we offer FREE BREAKFAST with rooms. it is though menu . you will be able to choose what you need on morning ( 7.00 am to 10 .30 am)some of meals need to order in advance.(local traditional cuisine because it will be take few hours to prepare)

The house has been modernized and renovated after the tsunami as guest house in 2009 and new expansion have been added.

** It is an ideal place for surfers (any level) or non surfers and also fishing ( deep fishing or lifting fishing ) diving & snorkeling enthusiast.

it is in between LAZY LEFT point and PLANTATION surf points.
also very close to RAM'S RIGHT point /coconut point (3 minute walking distance)

** The home provides exceptional sun set views that can be enjoyed frequently.

Laying out on the quite garden , lazing in the hammock surfing the sound of birds in the garden ... sprawled across our lounge chair.

Perfect chill out , cuisine , drink ,coffee( espresso ,cafe latte ,cappuccino and More ) , swimming in the beach , sun bathe under shade or surfing

our Wifi is through out and can be used in the room or lounges , in the hammock or end of the garden.

Interaction with Guests

Your host is Chathu (me) and living with my family just next to the house i always busy with your's work so 15 hours everyday . my wife and mum are house wives who take care of the house and the guests and also mum is a wonderful cook of local cuisine. There are caretakers also available to assist you they(brothers) will help you if you need any activity.also my father has 24 years of experience working with a 5*hotel as executive chef .

we are running Restaurant / Cafe in our property.
and served all kind of food as you need (western and traditional ..... etc)

cooking lessons for preparing rice and curry is possible.

The Neighborhood

They are friendly and always willing to help.Ten walking minutes away in the Temple you are always welcome.Feel free to walk in there and meet Rev.pugngnsiri who will show you Buddhism history . Ladies please wear covered shoulders and pants/skirts covering below the knee - only temple

Getting Around

Airport of Colombo is 160 km away from here the pick-up is possible at an additional cost of 80 us$ (defend on rate and with air condition).

It takes approximately 3 hours(defend on traffic) also air condition with taxi are AVAILABLE for group or family.(it will cost 90 us$+)

however if you need you use bus or train when you reach to here i am able to help to you (time / direction)

when you use public transport :

train - you should come to colombo main RAILWAY station and take the train by matara direction.you will get down from midigama(if it is slow train).then 1 km walk by main road to gurubabila direction

unless you are able to get down in Ahangama (3km before) or Weligama 3 km after.then use the tuk tuk to come plantation surf inn.
(it will cost 250 or 300 rupees)

bus - you should come to colombo main bus station (GOVERMENT or PRIVATE ).then you are able to catch a bus by matara direction(no 2 or no 32 mainly).when you want to get down in midigama junction inform to conductor.after Ahangama main city it will take 15 minute maximum.

also if you need to use highway express bus , should go to Maharagama town buses will start from there and end Galle. after that you should catch another bus to midigama from gallle .bus no is 350 .

Other Things to Note

we are situated in between Weligama and Ahangama main cities.

Also the PLANTATION SURF POINT is awesome footers paradise in down south Sri Lanka.

Across the street there are more than four surf breaks, where some of the best waves in Sri Lanka roll in..(Ram's right ,Lazy left ,lazy right ,Coconut point , jungle beach, Secret point)

Weligama is a BEACH BREAK - 3 km away and 5 minute by tuk tuk .this is ideal for beginners and intermediate surfers.

Kabalana is a sandy POINT -- also 3 km away
from us

Koggala point , Talpe , Unawatuna and Mirissa , Madiha , Matara ,Dondra , Talalla and more ..
