Morning sun home stay
The two bedroom apartment with small pantry overlooks the Ambalangoda station. The apartment is on the second floor of the family home and has a separate entrance and is beautifully decorated.
My mum is a wonderful cook and loves to cook delicious Sri Lankan meals. She would also let you assist her in the kitchen so you could learn how to cook authentic Sri Lankan food.
The beach is only a five minutes walk from the house.

About the Area
Our house is located in front of the Ambalangoda railway station. So its 2 minutes walk to the station and its also 2 minutes walk to the main bus stand.
Its also 15 mins on the train or bus to Hikkaduwa and 30 mins to the historical city of Galle.

Chambre propre et accueillante, joliment décorée, très bonne literie, salle de bain très sympa. Terrasse juste devant la chambre avec table et chaise pour se relaxer, très agréable. La gare ferroviaire se trouve à 5 min à pied du logement et la gare routière à 10 min, pratique quand on les sacs à dos à porter sous la chaleur et que l'on ne veut pas marcher trop longtemps jusqu'au homestay.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis et mis à l'aise tout de suite et nous avons eu toutes les infos et l'aide nécessaire pour savoir que visiter et voir dans le coin.
Nous avons passé 1 nuit sur place et profité du repas que la grand mère nous avait préparé à notre demande ainsi qu'un petit déjeuner le lendemain matin.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
