Lakeside Hybrid Villa is a Sri LankaTourist Board approved “Superior” category Homestay unit which has been created using a shipping container. This is a unique model villa adjoining our residence in a two acre beautifully landscaped natural environment. Lakeside hybrid villa is equipped with all kinds of basic amenities and modern accommodating facilities. Designed tastefully with modern décor, the air conditioned room is cozy and comfortable with an attached bathroom with hot water facility , a shower and other toiletries. The further availability of free Wi-Fi makes business and communication easier for guests. The most admiring feature of this villa is it’s surrounding with a natural and lush green views of paddy fields and lakes .

About the Area
Lakeside Hybrid Villa is located about a kilometer away from Bandaragama junction (Along Sri Jayawardenapura High-way). The main advantage of the villa is that the location is 0.7 km away from the Southern express way and 5 km to the Wadduwa beach.
How to reach
Lakeside Hybrid Villa is located in the close vicinity of the Southern Highway on Sri Jayawardenapura High way(Kalutara Road, Wevita) which goes towards the Kalutara junction which makes it an easy to reach destination from Bandaragama Junction.

House Rules
Breakfast Hours: The breakfast will be served in dinning area or at garden area between 8.30 to 9.30 a.m.. If you need an early breakfast , please inform us in advance.
☐ Room cleaning ,bath towels and linen: The Room is cleaned on regular basis. However bath towels and linen are changed with a new set for every 5 days .In the meantime if you need such a service, please inform us in advance.
☐ Free Internet/WIFI facility: Guests are allowed to use free WIFI during your stay. However you are strictly advised to abstain from bulk data downloads.
☐ Smoking: Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited. However you may smoke in the garden area.
☐ Fire Extinguisher: It has been kept near the HIFI Setup to provide you safe stay. You are advised to use in case of fire inside the room.
☐ First Aid Box: You may use it only in case of minor accident during your stay.
☐ Tea making inside the room: The facility has been given in order to provide you complimentary tea during your stay. Please make sure to switch off t the electric kettle after using it.
☐ Strictly not allowed : Cooking or eating inside the room is strictly prohibited. However you may use garden chairs or home dinning area.
☐ Damages to room or equipment: You are held responsible for any kind of damages of given equipment .If such a damage is serious and substantial loss to the host, you are liable to pay such damages.
☐ Keys: After 11 p.m. the main house door will be closed However in case of emergency you may ring the bell
☐ Entertaining any external guests: You are not permitted to welcome any of your guests/friends directly to your room. However you are permitted to meet them at the lobby area/garden.
☐ Guest’s Belongings : Guests are advised to lock the room door when you are going out of the premises or going to bed. You are responsible for any damages or loss due to your own negligence or non compliance with house rules.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
