The house is situated in the Pepiliyana Junction itself, where it has easy access to Supermarkets, Bus stations, etc. Only around 4 km to Dehiwela- Mount Lavinia. The family is very friendly and fun loving who loves to travel and will be more than happy to get to know new people and travel together!
English and Sinhala are mostly spoken in the house.
About the room
[Note: This room will not be rented for locals]
- There is a separate entrance the to the room.
- You are provided with a set of keys for the room.
- Room has an attached bathroom, fully tiled, modern fittings with hot water.
- There is a internet connection (WIFI) with free access available, so are Mosquito repelling vaporizers.
- Furniture includes 1 queen-size bed, desk with chair, mirror and a cloths rack.
- The room does NOT have air-conditioning but has a ceiling fan.
- It is completely separate from the living quarters of the residents as it is situated on the rooftop with a roof garden as well. Quite isolated from the hustle and the bustle.
- There is an open area outside the room where you can enjoy your evenings with a good cup of tea.

- Breakfast will be provided according to your wishes. Home-made Sri Lankan flavours or your preferences.
- Extra charges for meals are as follows: (payable directly to us on host on arrival):
- Lunch: 5.00 USD per person per day.
- Dinner: 5.00 USD per person per day.
Someone, be it a resident or aid will always be at the homestay, thus able to provide to your needs any time.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
