A modern newly built twin house located at Boralasgamuwa adjacent to Maharagama - Dehiwala road, 7 km away from Central Colombo, owned by a university academic and a teacher with two sons who are undergraduates. Located in a calm and quite, highly residential area with homely and friendly environment. Within easy access to Maharagama Nugegoda and Boralasgamuwa towns. Five mints walk to supermarkets, banks and to obtain other basic needs. 6 Kms away from Mt.Lavinia beach and 4 Km to the National Zoological Garden.
Sinhala, Japanese & English speaking family.
03 Double and one single Bed Rooms with attached bathrooms provided with Hot and Cold water, double /single Beds, dressing tables, AC/ Fans, and a separate large common sitting area.
Whole unit is available at a fixed rate per day.
We ensure that all your needs provided with a friendly, caring and secure atmosphere, to make your stay a nice and memorable one.

You can use the kitchen but clean after using.
If you have to invite a friend to my home please inform me before that.

You can be served with tea and breakfast. Self-cooking facilities are available with nominal rates.
Meals can be provided on request at very reasonable rates to suit guests of any country.
Unmarried local couples are not accepted.

Very very friendly host. Very helpful for finding places and gave good suggestions. Kumari and her husband are very friendly even though they are working professionals. Very tasty breakfast. I couldn't get time to spend with them for a drink and dinner. Probably tonight I will do that. I highly recommend this place (even though far from city) because it's safe and secure. Thank you kumari and your family for great support as a new visitor to Colombo.......wishing you all success.......

Very nice. The Air conditioner was god sent during my visit...and the attached washroom was very clean and nice.....incidentally in many places the washrooms are not attached to the room which can making use of them pretty tiresome. A very hospitable and nice family to chat up with and share so many stories with. If I come to Colombo again I will stay at their place again albeit it is a bit far from Fort railway station....I would highly recommend Ms. Kumari. She is very sensitive, warm and caring. Thank you.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
