Roadster Studio is a purpose built, two bed room outfit in the heart of highly residential Colombo 7. The rooms have attached bathrooms with hot water showers, air conditioning, 4G WiFi, basic toiletries, towels, drinking water, tea, coffee and a kettle. The house compound also has a small collection of English, French and German classic sports cars manufactured in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, which the guests can view with descriptions from the host.
Tea and coffee is available in the room and will be refilled on a daily basis. Drinking water is also provided free of charge. A light, international breakfast can be provided but the guests are required to inform the house keeper before 9.00 pm the night before. An in-house laundry service is also available at a nominal cost. With prior arrangement, airport drops can be arranged at USD 25/= for up to 2 guests in a new Toyota sedan. A Toyota sedan with a chauffeur can also be provided on a day-hire basis with prior arrangement. The all inclusive cost (including fuel and chauffeur’s charges) is USD 60/= per day, with a limit of 100kms per day.
Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided for each new set of guests. Bed linen and towels will be changed every three days when guests stay longer than three days. Essential toiletries will also be provided.

About the Area
The two rooms, Pagoda and XJ-S come with a King Sized beds, fresh linen, bath towels, attached toilets with solar powered hot water shower, essential toiletries, 4G wifi, air conditioning, complimentary drinking water and a seasonal fruit basket on arrival.
Location:
Situated in the heart of Sri Lanka’s prestigious residential area, Colombo 7, Roadster Studio, located in Bullers Lane, is literally walking distance to the Arcade at Independence Square. The Arcade at Independence Square houses a selection of branded stores, a wide array or restaurants including Burgher King, pubs, cafes and two luxury movie theatres. The location is walking distance to the Independence Square which has a jogging track, a cycling track and a park. Through Independence Square, you can also have easy pedestrian access to the Race Course, which houses more shops and restaurants, including Mac Donald’s and KFC.
Super markets, pharmacies and fitness centres are all walking distance from the Roadster Studio.
Roadster Studio is also 10 minutes by taxi to the National Museum, Odel Shopping mall, and about 15 minutes by taxi to the Gangaramaya Temple and Crescat Boulevard.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
