About the Area
We are in the town. Therefore shopping malls, eating hideouts, national biological zoo, the temples and churches, the bus top and train station, the national teaching hospital, the parks and gymnasium all are situated in walking distance. The actual distance to the main bus stop is just one minute. Train Station four minutes walk. The beach five minutes walk. From BIA airport to Dehiwela is about 45 minutes distance.

House Rules
On arrival passport is needed for tourist board verification and we will take a photo of yours for Sri Lanka Police verifications.
We do charge full amount on your arrival.
Luggage has to be carried on your own . Rooms are in the third floor. Comfortable stairway.
Smoking is allowed only in the roof top. Not allowed in rooms.
Whenever you go out, keep your room locked, and keep all air-condition, fan and lights off.
Outsiders are not allowed into your rooms.
Only one or two people can stay in a room.
Extras pay then and there. We have exclusive menu for its guests at convenient price.
Payments should be done in cash by US$ and the balance will be paid in local currency only.
Any losses to the property you are liable to pay (example: damaging a glass, losing room key, etc).
Do not stain the linen.
Room cleaning will be done once a week.
A menu and an excursion list is available (chargeable).
Check-in is flexible on availability of rooms. Check-out is by 12.00 noon.
Your waste should always be separated to plastics, tissues, bags and bottles to one garbage bag and wet garbage (food) to another.
Laundry facility is available on request and an affordable amount will be charged.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
