Our apartment is situated in the heart of the Galle city of Sri Lanka that comprised of a great historical value including dutch fort and buildings.Only 5 minute walking distance to the Galle city that is full of cafes,bars and restaurants and shopping complexes and it is very close to Hikkaduwa and Unawatuna beaches.

Good place for a basic accommodation near Galle Fort. Very good directions and communication by Sarath. Nice terrace to use with garden view.
Not recommended for people who wish to have only little noise. Quite loud due to nearby train station, train tracks and also whenever it rained (room no. 3).April 2023
I lived for three weeks at Sarath's house in Galle. This is a very beautiful, cozy house in the very center of the city near the bus station and the railway station. The house has a terrace where I liked to spend time with my laptop. Within walking distance of the clinic, restaurants, cafes, shops - everything for a comfortable life. Sarath is a very hospitable host, an intelligent and friendly person, I really liked his family, we managed to make friends and I was sincerely sorry to say goodbye to them when I left. The house has everything you need, the rooms are clean and tidy. I sincerely recommend.

Excellent hosts, helpful, very clean place,central to business areas, only 1 km from the fort. Wish the room had aircon as Galle was very hot.

Galle was an amazing city and once we checked in to the house, we got attracted by family members charm.
They all were so friendly and happy to see us and make our stay so good that we decided to stay one more night.
They were very helpful, caring and kind.
Family live in ground level and they have a big room with attached toilet and attached kitchen on second floor.
Every morning we were greeted by a large breakfast including fruits and sri lankan cooks.
Theirs place was best we have had in our entire sri lanka trip so far :)
Definitely will recommend to ours friends.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
