The house is located at Seenigama which is located approximately two kilo meters from Hikkaduwa and especially this village is known as one of the most historical villages.The land consists of three sections of height,this villa was constructed and located at the lowest altitude of the land.

The compound is enriched of lot of species of flora which can be specified as indigenous and as well as exotic,not only that but also frescos and other eco-friendly creations will add additional beauty.
Sitting on you highest altitude of the land and watching birds flying in to roost is definitely an unforgettable moment.It is a common scenary that the various species of birds and butterflies are flying here and there searching for delicious fruits and nectar.So simply it is looked like a forest which will govern the bio-diversity .
Attractions and distance
There is a nice beach and ideal place to swim no need to go to Hikkaduwa.Can watch the sun set in the evening .
