A retired American Engineer, a Tamil wife and 2 children, welcome you to Our home in a quiet suburbs of Kandy.
You have a choice of a ground floor bedroom with shared bath, or an upper bedroom suite over the carport with a private bath and balcony.
Internet, use the wash machine, kitchen and the fridge. A car and a scooter are available for a fee.
The house has a spectacular view of the lush valley and distant Hills.
Leisure walks brings you to a terraced rice field, family dairy, Ayurveda center and a children library.
Popular by tourists and foreign business groups is Victoria Golf &Country Resort - 6 kms away. It offers a world-Class 18-hole Golf course, Swimming, Tennis, Horse back riding and other leisure activities.
A day visit of nearby Rangala's tea estate village, hiking to a scenic waterfall - 20 kms.
Knuckles five peaks' mountain range (900-1900 meter) with streams and cascading waterfalls is trekkers' paradise - 25 kms.

Our house is on a hilly wooded quiet residential area 5 min by vehicle from Digana town and 45 min from Kandy.
Leisure walks from house bring you to a terraced rice field, a dairy, a government Ayurveda center and library.
Victoria Golf course sports resort is 5kms away.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
