About the Area
You are welcome to enjoy the lush greenery of the scenic hill capital in Sri Lanka. We are located in the hilly Heerassagala area in Kandy, surrounded by the green hills with a view of the entire historic Kandy town where you will be able to enjoy the traces of the Mahaweli River.
Situated half an hour away from the City’s most historic location, the drive up the hill is simply amazing and misty and breath taking. The Sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic is just a half an hours’ drive away and the scenic Peradeniya Botanical Gardens just fifteen minutes away. You can surely enjoy a day by the side of the River Banks of Mahaweli.
None the less, more awaits you with the Kandy’s museum by the side of the Dalada Maligawa (The Temple of the Tooth Relic), a visit to some of the most historic locations of Kandy including the oldest buildings, temples and other places of religious worship, Gadaladeniya, Lankathilake Temples and the Ambekke Devale (famous for its wood carvings) are places that can be visited in just minutes and can be covered in one day, Degaldoruwa CaveTemple has some of the most amazing paintings unique to old Kandyan style and Architecture.
Sigiriya the Rock Fortress, and Dambulla, Temple on the Rocks are other destinations that can be reached within ours from our location in Kandy.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
