i live with my husband and 4 years old pre-school going little daughter. we are a very warm,friendly,and helpful family. we were living in Italy for 22 years. we were working there. my husband was working as a physiotherapist and i was doing some part time jobs. now we back in sri lanka. decided to do this home stay. we speak both English and Italian languages fluantly. also i have 11 years experience in hotel trade. hope it will also help me to give you a good service. you are welcome to stay with us and experience sri lankan hospitality at its best. we promise to give your money worth.
normally we are providing local dishes to our guests for their b fast. but can provide western and specially Italian dishes on request.
we offer you three pvt rooms with many more facilities. A comfortable bed,clean linen, hot water shower,wi-fi.

About the Area
our house is situated within 03 km to central bus stand, main railway station and the famous temple of the tooth relics.(will offer you a free pick up and drop from kandy town and to kandy town if you are using public transport.)
willing to provide airport pick up & drop for reasonable rate on your request.
you will live in the city. but away from crowded roads when you are with us.
the peppermint is away from the noisy traffic and it is a quiet place surrounded by greenery right round.
its very peasfull neighbourhood where you will be waking up to birds singing in the lash green trees and the tropical blue skies. also you can see squirrels passing from tree to tree from the balcony.
all the other facilities like super markets,bus stands,pvt hospitals, beauty parlors, local eating restaurents ,tuk-tuk and taxi stands are at walking distance.
just 7 min.drive to the world heritage temple of the tooth and other attractions in kandy. if you like to walk to the city center is just 20 min away through the mountains.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
