Winta villa near the Tooth Relic Temple in Kandy. Only 20 minutes walking time duration from Tooth Relic Temple to Winta Inn.The home consist with 04 Bed room with attach toilet, living area and two large garden with natural planted green grass and gravel sand respectively. Firewood kitchen with Gas burner, Electric oven and charcoal burner also available. clay pots / ( cookware ) and , common balcony, and a common verandah, BBQ facilities and fire wood camping also arrange on pre notice, Drum music available, 07 vehicle parking facilities, separate study room with a small scale library facility. Books are not for lending pls ! Open area shower and oil massage spa facilities are available.I will be sharing the same house with the guest during their stays as requested by www.homestay.com. I am running my other Business activities too. As a knowledge and experience share and relationship building with over the world Is my main objective to carry out Homestay venture. I am a hiker, not a vegetarian but do not eat Beef and pork, social drinker and cocktail maker among Sri Lankan alcoholic beverage, I am a bachelor and Parents have pass away. I am running my coconut coir fiber processing factory, The products are uses for hydroponic cultivation.

SLRs only 28/= for the public Bus transport up to main kandy city Bus and railway station. Mu home stay is boundry to Lake louis villa, . If you like to stay, night lamp ligted among the road .

House Rules
1) No smoking inside the room, Toilet and inside of the house, Garden area allowed for smoke,
2) Beef and Pork not allowed to cook with in the kitchen but, Guest can consumed cooked beef and pork. Live animal cannot be killed and consumed with in the premises.
3) Sanitary pad should not be add to main toilet sewer line please. Wrap your pad on a brown paper bag and dip it to waste bin witch I, have kept inside the toilet.
4) Guest obey Sri Lanka fauna and flora Act, Customs Ordnance, TRC Regulation, Criminal proceeding / penal code.
4) No hot water available inside the wash room and toilet.
5) My personal drum set is available for your enjoy.,
6) Uproot flower plants and Herbal tree prohibited .
(7) Sitting, room and garden lights will be switch off at 22 houre time, and main door.will be closed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
