We are a family of four,living in tea country, 25 kms away from Kandy the heritage city of SriLanka .
My husband and elder daughter are both hoteliers by profession and my husband is in the process of constructing his own home stay units. Meanwhile we would like to rent out three home stay units.
Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of our town Deltota, where the first Tea plantation, home to Sir James Taylor is still beautifully managed by the government.The tea plantation Loolecondera is only 10 kms from our home.
We could provide you a home away from home.

About the Area
Little Valley Estate, is within Galaha heights, situated in Deltota.The property is carved out of the Hythe division and is approximately 12 acres of land in extent.
The estate offers breathtaking views all around.it faces the Twin Peaks as the locals call it, and to the North West it is surrounded by a boundary of pine trees forming a wind gap where the wind either whispers, screeches or whistles!. The skies upon the heavens are so clear on most days and breathtakingly mind blowing!
A place so tranquil and calm, in the old tea plantations of Deltota, A place set high up about a 1000 meters above sea level, on a hilltop with 360 degrees of unobstructed view with an average temperature of 20 degrees Celsius which can drop to around 8 degrees Celsius at night, is famous for Tea though strangely enough the story of Ceylon, in the homeland of the Scottish planter James Taylor who founded the first tea plantation estate of the then colonial Ceylon (Sri Lanka) in 1867.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
