We live in a four bed roomed house located 1.5 km away from Kandy city. Our house is situated on a small hilltop which is away from the noisy traffic and it is a quiet place surrounded by greenery right round.
Two top bed rooms and a wash room has been separated from the rest of the house with a separate entrance to make the apartment called "Gladmanit" . Maximum of 3 guests can sleep in a triple bed room while other room is being used as a mini kitchen, dining and living room. All the items required for self cooking is available at the kitchen.
Wash room has hot water as well as a washing machine.
Living room has a TV with satellite connection. WiFi is also available for the guests.

About the Area
From Kandy town you have to come along the Katugasthota road, towards Katugasthota town. At a distance of 0.5 km you will notice the land mark a tunnel called Mahayawa tunnel. When you come through the tunnel and come forward about 200meters you will find a sign board bearing KPH (Kandy Private Hospital) at your left side. You have to turn to left at that junction and proceed along that road until you reach KPH hospital (40 meters) The road branches in front of the KPH building and you have to take the road to left and proceed on that road about 50 meters uphill. Then you will find 255/28 Gladmanit home stay at your left.

Meals

All are free to stay in the apartment just like you stay at home. Appreciate if no noise is made which may disturb the neighborhood.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
