Our Family lives in a 7 bed room Bungalow in Kandy which was built by a British planter in 1940's. The bungalow is situated in close proximity to the kandy town which is not more than 4KM's from the Kandy Railway Station (five minutes walk away from Cinnamon Citadel Hotel). While on your stay here you can enjoy a walk or a run along the Mahaweli river which is just 100m away. The area is quiet and calm.
We have 3 types of rooms Standard, Wooden and Wooden Family facing a fairly large garden.
Additional Info
We would love to arrange Safari trips to Minneriya, Udawalawe, Kaudulu weva, Eco Park and many more. Further tours could be arranged to Horton.
Plains, Sigiriya, Polonaruwa, Nuwereliya etc. All these could be arranged for a concessional rate as the vehicles will be family owned vehicles.
We would love to provide concessional prices for students as well as for the ones who stay a longer period.

About the Area
The bungalow is situated in close proximity to the kandy town which is not more than 4KM's from the Kandy Railway Station.
The main Bus stop is near by which will take a 5 minutes walk from the House.
Taxi / Tri Shaw can be arranged at any time which is the most common type of transport in the area.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
