My wife and I live in this house. I am a senior government official. My wife is a government English teacher. Our children live in abroad.
Our house is a three story having four large rooms (each 30' x 15') and a suite, fully furnished, attached bathrooms with hot water.

Well developed area having broad road access (National Road no A26) still holding Kandyan typical rural atmosphere with inclusion of modern facilities, ancient suburb where last sinhalese king lived, kingdom ruins still seen, 5 km away from the the Temple of Great Tooth Relic of Kandy, surrounded buy historic Buddhist temples (Kundasale Raja Maha Vihara, Degaldoruwa temple, Gal Maduwa temple, Bambaragala temple, Bodhigala temple), 1 km to Mahaweli river, 20 km to Victoria Reservoir and great dam, and Victoria Golf Court, 2 km to heritage art village (handicraft of tradition), 4 km to famous 18 bends of Mahiyangana access road, 500 m to governmental seed and horticulture farm, 1 km to National Fruit Varieties Conservation Centre, 3 km to International Cricket Stadium at Pallekelle, and Board of Investment zone, 5 km to National Forest heritage of Udawattakelle, 50 km to Victoria National Conservation Park, Close to many spice gardens (clove, nutmeg, pepper, cardomom).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
