We are family of three members, near and estuary living in a home having an apartment which can be your home. Since we have designed this apartment home stay earlier for our elderly uncle and parents this is fully wheelchair accessible. Its with a very nice fishermen's village in a traditional city Matara in Sri Lanka. We have a one daughter and she also a very kind person who love the relationship of visitors. She is good in English too. Our family is highly attached with one of the very famous and popular Catholic church - (National Shrine of Our Lady of Matara) Main church in Sri Lanka with a grant celebration in each year.

About the Area
Our home stay is situated within Matara town limits. Matara is one of the main districts in Sri Lanka and from the Colombo Katunayake airport you can directly visit to Matara through express highway (toll road). We provide transport from the Matara city to our Homestay which is 2-5 minutes. Marata is one of the ancient coastal cities in Sri Lanka too.

Its simple as explained and agreed with ECO TREATS TOURISM Sri Lanka. I am a registered Homestay member of ECO TREAT We are doing ethical and responsible community tourism. We expect the same from all tourists and we will treat and care as a mother for all. We always care on the safety and care of tourists and treat as our family members. We also expect you to follow simple and basic ethics in responsible tourism.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
