Sri Lanka government approved fully furnished villa surrounded by parapet wall ,walking distance to public transport,Super Markets, KFC and Pizza hut etc. in a highly residential area Conveniently accessible for vehicles, NO SMOKING ROOMS & Capacity for extra beds and.children.
Low coast tuk tuk (three wheeler just 2$ ow to the beach) can be arranged on request, 20 Minutes drive from the Colombo International Airport,. ideal stopover for transit & special price for long staying guests.
Round tours to the attractions can be arranged on request. The house comprises of 3 spacious bed rooms (6 sleeps) Fridge, Gas Cooker, Rice cooker, cooking utensils, Cutlery, Washing machine(Surcharge) and TV , furniture & linen comes with the house and cooking facilities ( $2 per day)
1.Budget room with sharing bath as per advertisement cooking surcharge $2 per day -No AC
2 Deluxe room with double bed and sharing bath with cooking Air condition surcharge $8 per day.
3.Family room with private/ attached bathroom with double bed (cooking, Hotwater and air condition $8 per day surcharge.
4.Cooking facilities $ 2 per day and 15 days Refundable deposit applies
5) Breakfast $3 per person per day

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
