House Rules

Smoke:
“You are welcome to smoke either out front or balcony, but not inside the room"

Check-in / Check-out:
"Check-in is at 2.00pm, and check-out is by 11.00am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to stay? Should be fine, but please check with us first."

Security:
"To ensure full safety of our guest's belongings, we like to keep the front gate locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, we want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we're able to do to ensure that."

Cleanliness:
"Whilst we do clean between each guest stay. We kindly request you to helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests."

Damage:
"We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible for future guests."

Electricity:
"To keep our costs down we kindly request you to switch off lights and fans, when it's not in use or leaving the house."

Occupancy:
"We understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know."

Luggage:
Baggage can be accommodated for safekeeping at our place for a convenient fee (3$ per bag for a single night). Baggage will be kept safe but please collect them at your earliest convenience as shipping of baggage to a desired location isn't possible under any circumstances. Eg.- Delivering baggage to airport.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

How do I book?

Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
